2. Ordering

Add the products to the cart, then give your name, phone and address: no account is needed. Check the summary (products, prices, delivery and total) before you send the order.

After you order, we call you to confirm it. It is accepted once confirmed by phone. If we cannot reach you, it may be cancelled.

3. Prices

Prices are in TND. The amount to pay is the one on the order summary, delivery included. The price shown when you order is kept for your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery fees are shown on the summary before you order and on the page Delivery, payment and returns.

The delivery time is given during the confirmation call.

5. Payment

You pay in cash on delivery, to the courier. We ask for no bank details.

6. Right to withdraw

You may withdraw within 10 working days of receiving your order. Tell us by phone (21 952 192) or WhatsApp (21 952 192). We refund you within 10 working days of getting the item back; you pay the return cost.

This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or personalised, to goods that spoil or expire quickly, or to unsealed audio, video or software.

7. Wrong or late item

If the item delivered does not match your order, or arrives late, you may send it back within 10 working days of delivery. We refund the price and the costs within 10 working days of getting it back.

8. Warranty

The warranty terms are given during the confirmation call.

9. Returns and exchanges

10. Your data

We use your data to handle your order. Everything is explained in our privacy policy.

11. If there is a dispute

If something goes wrong, contact us first by phone (21 952 192) or WhatsApp (21 952 192): we look for an amicable solution with you.
